What customs documentation do you provide for international shipments?

Bock Lighting prepares and provides all necessary customs documentation for international shipments, including:

• Commercial invoices
• Packing lists
• Bills of lading (BOL)
• NAFTA/CUSMA/USMCA certificates of origin
• HTS code classification assistance

These documents are typically sent with the shipment and can also be emailed upon request. If your customs broker or freight forwarder requires additional or corrected documents (such as updated dates, importer name, signature, or HTS code), we will assist promptly. We can also work with your designated customs broker (e.g., Livingston International, NNR Global Logistics, Buckland) and ensure all documentation is directed to them. If you need a NAFTA/CUSMA certificate of origin, please note that we provide these at the time of shipping and they are not blanket agreements for all products. For shipments requiring heat-treated pallets for international compliance, we can arrange this as needed.
