My shipment shows as delivered but I can't find it, or I need to change the shipping address. What should I do?
If tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you haven't located it, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check with your receiving department, building management, or around the delivery area (loading dock, back entrance, etc.). 2. If the shipment was delivered via a carrier using their own account (such as R&L/LSI), you may need to contact that carrier directly. 3. If you still can't locate it, let us know and we'll help investigate. We can also provide a proof of delivery (POD) document if needed.
To change a shipping address: If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the ship-to address. Contact us as soon as possible with your PO number and the corrected address. Once an order has already shipped, address changes or reconsignment must be coordinated directly with the carrier and may incur additional fees. In some cases, if a shipment is returned due to an address issue, there will be charges for both the return and reshipment.
