How long will shipping take, and how much will freight cost?

Transit times and freight costs depend on the destination, order size, weight, and dimensions.

Transit time: As a general guide, shipments from our facility in Cleveland, OH take approximately 3–5 business days to the East Coast and about 3–4 business days to Texas. For a more specific estimate, please provide your destination zip code and we can check with our freight partners.

Freight cost: Freight charges vary based on quantity, weight, dimensions, and destination. A common ballpark estimate is 10–15% of the order value, but we won't know the exact cost until the order is packed and ready to ship. For a specific freight quote, please provide the item quantities and destination zip code, and we will request and forward a quote.

Carriers used include UPS, FedEx, ABF, Pitt Ohio, Daylight, Ward, Dayton Freight, Central Transport, Holland Freight, and others. If you have a preferred carrier (e.g., UPS Ground only), please specify this on your PO.
