How do I get the tracking number or shipping status for my order?
To check on your order's shipping status or obtain a tracking number, please provide your PO number or order number. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the carrier name and tracking (or PRO) number so you can monitor delivery.
Orders typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers such as ABF, Pitt Ohio, Dayton Freight, Central Transport, Ward, and Holland Freight, depending on the size and destination of the shipment. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as they are available—usually on or shortly after the ship date. In some cases, tracking may not be active until the carrier picks up the package later in the day.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can confirm the expected ship date. If you need a proof of delivery (POD) for an order that has already been delivered, let us know and we can provide that as well.
