To request physical samples, contact your Bock Lighting sales representative, project manager, or email sales@bocklighting.com. For fixture samples, submit a no-charge purchase order (PO) marked "SAMPLES" — a return label will be included, and the cost will be credited back if you place a full order. For paint color chips, finish swatches, or color sample sets, provide the specific finish codes (e.g., G17 Architectural Bronze) and a ship-to address. Samples are typically shipped at no charge within 1–2 business days, though lead times can vary depending on stock and custom finishes. Some finishes (e.g., Galvanized) may not be available as physical samples, but photos can be provided instead. If a downloadable color chart on the website is not working, your rep can email you a PDF version directly.
