How do I create an account, log in, and access distributor net (DN) pricing on the Bock Lighting website?
To access DN pricing and account features, you need an individual account linked to your company's pricing profile. Here's how to get set up:
Creating an account: 1. Go to bocklighting.com and click 'MYBOCK' in the upper right corner, then select 'Sign Up.' 2. Enter your email address and choose a password. 3. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a verification email and click the link to verify. 4. Log out and log back in to activate your account.
Getting DN pricing to show: Creating a login is the first step, but your account must also be linked to your agency or distributor pricing profile. If you only see retail or list pricing after logging in, your account hasn't been linked yet. Contact your Bock sales representative or email sales@bocklighting.com with your email address, company name, and username so they can enable pricing on your profile. You'll know you're properly logged in when you see your name under the MYBOCK menu.
Login troubleshooting: - Bock's system now uses email addresses (not usernames or shared company logins) — each user needs their own individual account. - If your password isn't working, use the password reset link on the login page. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact your rep to verify the email on file. - If you see a loading screen with bouncing dots, wait a few seconds — it's a security check. - Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended). Clear your cache and cookies if the site freezes or won't load. - If you previously used a shared login, create a new individual account and ask Bock to link it to your company's pricing profile. - If you signed up but never received the verification email, contact your rep or sales@bocklighting.com to have it resent. If you already clicked the verification link and deleted the email, your account is verified — just log out and back in.
Important note on pricing: Online retail prices are marked up 50–60% above DN pricing and should not be used to estimate your cost. Always log in to see your actual distributor net pricing.
