Thank you for shopping with Bock Lighting. We manufacture quality commercial lighting fixtures in Twinsburg, Ohio. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering & Pricing

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Bock Lighting. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date.

Payment

Web orders are processed via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) at checkout. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Custom items are manufactured to your specifications and are non-returnable.

Lead Times & Shipping

Manufacturing Lead Times

Because our fixtures are manufactured in the United States, typical lead times are 2-3 weeks depending on current production volume and any customizations. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our sales team before ordering.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available upon request at additional cost. Large orders may ship via freight carrier. Contact our sales team for expedited shipping rates.

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on orders of $3,000 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $3,000 will have shipping calculated at checkout. Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

Risk of Loss

All shipments are F.O.B. Twinsburg, Ohio. Risk of loss passes to the customer when goods are delivered to the carrier. Any claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly to the delivering carrier and noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any damage, shortages, or defects, you must notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, goods are considered accepted. Report any visible shipping damage to the carrier and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer many design options and finishes, we encourage you to request finish samples before ordering, especially for larger projects.

Standard Returns (3 pieces or fewer)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• No restocking fee on standard, non-custom items
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any items

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our sales team by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number
4. Ship items in original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Orders of more than 3 pieces (Please order samples first for larger projects)
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items that have been installed, modified, or altered
• Clearance or discounted items
• Lamps and light bulbs
• Poles and large fixtures (unless defective)
• International orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we made an error on your order, or if your items arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. We will arrange for pickup of incorrect items and ship replacements promptly. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement without penalty. After 48 hours, orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if production has begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. To cancel an order, contact our sales team immediately by phone or email.

Finish Samples

We offer finish samples to help you make the right choice before ordering. Samples are a great way to see colors and materials in your actual space and lighting conditions. Contact our sales team to request samples. We highly recommend ordering samples before placing orders of more than 3 pieces, as larger orders are not eligible for return.

Limited Warranty

LED Fixtures

Bock LED fixtures are warranted to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture, or 50,000 hours of operation, whichever is less, when properly installed according to specifications.

Fixture Housing

Fixture housings (excluding finish) are warranted for 1 year from the date of shipment for defective materials and 90 days for defective workmanship.

Ballasts & Third-Party Components

Ballasts, capacitors, igniters, and other third-party components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties and are not covered under this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accident
• Damage from power surges, improper electrical supply, or environmental conditions
• Products modified or repaired by anyone other than Bock or authorized service providers
• Normal wear and tear
• Lamps (bulbs)
• Field labor and service charges (without prior written approval)

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect. Provide your order information and photos of the installed fixture. Bock will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace the product. Limitation of Liability

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BOCK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Your personal information is used only to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio or the federal courts of the Northern District of Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

Bock Lighting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
