What is the status of my order and when will it ship?
Once your order is fully configured, approved, and entered, Bock Lighting provides an Estimated Ship Date (ESD)—typically within a few business days. The ESD depends on product configuration, color/finish availability, and credit approval.
If your order is on hold—for example, awaiting color selection, a required form, credit approval, or resolution of configuration details—Bock will notify you of the delay and what is needed to release the order to production. Common hold reasons include missing interior/exterior color codes in part numbers, incomplete shipping forms, discontinued part numbers that need substitution, or pricing/commission discrepancies on the PO.
For real-time updates, contact your Bock Lighting project manager directly. Many project managers respond with same-day or next-day status updates, including whether the order is in production, packed and ready to ship, or has already shipped with tracking available. In some cases, partial shipments may go out first with back-ordered items to follow.
Note: If you placed your order through a distributor portal (e.g., OASIS), you may also be able to check ESD and shipping information there.
