How do I confirm that Bock Lighting received my purchase order, and when will I get an acknowledgment?
Bock Lighting confirms receipt of all purchase orders via email. You should receive an order acknowledgment within 1–2 business days after submission. If you do not receive confirmation within that timeframe, contact your Bock Lighting project manager or email sales@bocklighting.com.
To ensure fastest processing, make sure your PO includes complete part numbers, quantities, colors/finishes, and shipping instructions. Missing information—such as color codes, required forms (e.g., credit applications, shipping forms), or configuration details—can delay entry and prevent an acknowledgment from being issued.
If you submitted a revised PO, clearly mark it “REVISED” and include the original PO number. Add “DO NOT DUPLICATE” in the subject or body to prevent a second order from being created. If the revision changes part numbers, quantities, or configurations, a new form or confirmation may be required. Contact your project manager to verify the revision was applied correctly.
