Can you ship via overnight or next-day air, and can I use my own carrier account?

Yes. Bock Lighting ships ground by default, but expedited shipping options are available: - Customer-provided carrier account: You can supply your own FedEx or UPS account number, and we’ll arrange next-day, 2-day, or other expedited service on your behalf (faq_0099, faq_0102). - Bock-arranged expedited shipping: We can ship via Next Day Air and bill the freight charges directly to you (faq_0099, source #30). - Overnight on replacement parts: Generally not offered due to high UPS rates (faq_0099). - Saturday/holiday delivery: Available upon request (faq_0099).

To arrange, include your carrier account details and preferred shipping method on your PO or notify your project manager when placing a rush order. For time-sensitive shipments, confirm cutoff times (e.g., orders received by 10am may ship same day—source #35).
