Yes, Bock Lighting offers a wide range of individual replacement parts for separate purchase, including globes, shades, jars, lenses (prismatic, louvered, glass), LED modules, drivers, sockets, socket assemblies, canopies, gooseneck arms, stems, nipples, reflectors, wire guards, and small hardware such as set screws and fixture nuts.
To ensure the correct part is provided, please include as much of the following as possible: original PO number, fixture model number, part number (if known), photos of the existing fixture or part (with a ruler for scale if dimensions are needed), finish/color, and quantity required.
Pricing and availability vary significantly by part. Some items are in stock and can ship within a few days; others may require 1–8 weeks to produce. For older or discontinued fixtures, availability may be limited—photos and descriptions help us identify alternatives. In some cases, LED modules may have been updated to newer versions (e.g., LVFV or LVEV series), so we cross-reference your original order to confirm compatibility.
Certain parts like gooseneck arms can be painted to any standard color at no extra charge; custom RAL colors may incur an adder. Lens-and-band sets may require specifying band color at time of order.
For damaged or missing parts from a recent order, contact us with the original PO number, a description or photo of the issue, and quantity needed. Replacements are often shipped quickly and may be covered under warranty or sent at no charge depending on the situation.
Note: Bock does not supply general mounting hardware (e.g., screws, anchors), as these depend on the mounting surface, which varies by installation.
