Where can I find the pricebook, saved quotes/specs, and order information on the Bock website?

Once your account is set up and linked to your distributor pricing profile, here's where to find key resources:

Pricebook / Pricelist: The online pricebook is available at bocklighting.com/pricebook. You must be logged in to access it. The pricebook is no longer available as a downloadable PDF — it is only accessible through the website. If you don't see pricing after logging in, your account may not be linked to your distributor profile — contact your Bock sales representative to have pricing enabled.

Saved Quotes and Specs: Previously created specs and quotes can be found at bocklighting.com/user/specs/. Log in and visit that page to see your saved configurations. Click on any saved spec to view or re-price it. You can also access saved configurations through the product builder by clicking on a configuration link.

Order Tracking and Invoices (Account Center): Log in and click 'MYBOCK,' then select 'Account Center' to review all your orders and invoices. You can also have invoices sent to a specific email address — contact your rep to set that up. Note: tracking information only appears after an order has shipped.

Configurator / Product Builder: Use the online product builder at bocklighting.com to configure fixtures and see real-time DN pricing as you build. If the configurator freezes, crashes, or shows incorrect pricing (e.g., EU prices instead of DN), try clearing your browser cache and cookies, ensure you're logged in, and use an updated browser. If the issue persists, your rep can provide pricing directly while the issue is resolved.
