What is Bock Lighting's return and restocking policy, and how do I process a return?
Bock Lighting accepts returns within 30 days of delivery/shipment. Items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible. Returns are generally not accepted after extended periods (e.g., several months).
Restocking fees: - The standard restocking fee is 40% of the order total. - In some cases, restocking fees of 15%, 25%, or 30% have been applied depending on the circumstances (e.g., how long since shipment, reason for return, relationship history). - Custom or non-standard items (such as custom gooseneck arms) may not be returnable. - Custom paint charges and original shipping costs are typically not refundable.
How to process a return: 1. Contact your Bock Lighting project manager or sales representative to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 2. Provide the original PO number and details of the items being returned. 3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (freight is not prepaid on returns). 4. Sample orders provided at no charge do not need to be returned.
Note: In some cases, Bock may waive the restocking fee entirely at their discretion — contact your project manager to discuss.
