Minimum Order: The standard minimum order is $50.00 (USD). Bock Lighting has accepted orders below this amount at their discretion — smaller orders can be discussed with your project manager.
Payment Options & Terms: - Credit cards are accepted. A credit card authorization form is available from your project manager or sales rep. For one-time purchases, a Shopify payment link can be provided. - EFT/wire transfer banking details (beneficiary bank, SWIFT code, transit number, account number) are available upon request from your account representative. - Credit accounts are offered to qualified customers. A credit application is required to establish or update an account. Overage Policy: - Standard lead times: Overage is split 75% customer / 25% manufacturer (i.e., the customer pays for 75% of overage). - Rush orders: Overage is split 50/50, and an expediting fee of up to 25% may also apply. - Overage is calculated based on Distributor Net (DN) pricing.
